The Vietnam Climate & Energy Journalism Network (Media Climate Net) is an initiative of the Center for Media and Development Initiatives (MDI).
The network includes more than 300 journalists from Vietnam’s leading newspapers, with the aim of promoting important discussions on climate change and sustainable development among policymakers and commune organizations. civil society, environmental activists and the public.
The birth of the network was announced by Ms. Christiana Figueres, one of the founders of the Paris Agreement, in Hanoi on October 26, 2017.
